The classic architectural style of 1870 and it's grandiose layout is accentuated with a tranquil color scheme throughout the entire home that bridges the past with the sought after comfort and quietude of today.  It illuminates an imaginative confluence of creative intentions that honor the integrity in the principle rooms that delineate noble accents of crown moldings and ceiling ornaments that emboss twelve foot high ceilings on both the main and second floor.  The first and second floor are both graced with gas fireplaces, with the principle bay window room having a stunning built in ornate marble mantlepiece.

A modern hydraulic system was utilized to stabilize this home with an iron foundation installed in a fully functional multipurpose dry basement.  Complete with a newly installed furnace & built-in humidifier, A/C unit, Tankless hot water tank, sewage piping, sump pump, washer & dryer, windows, insulation, firewall protectant, warehouse floor enamel paint, shelving and drywall. Currently the basement is used as an office & library space, food and storage area, as well as a laundry and chess/games room.  A third bathroom is possible to install in the basement area.  Due to a high level of secured structural stability, this home will remain in its noble and magnificent state for centuries to come.
